File Format
The file being uploaded to the program has to have the following format. This is the same format used by Ziv B. J. et. al. for their program implementation.
For the above picture, for instance, the data input for the program starts with the second row and the third
column. The first row and the first two columns are assumed to have indexing information, like Gene number and name in the above example.
